All new guest appointments have a nonrefundable/non-transferrable deposit requirement.
This deposit goes towards the total cost of your visit and is collected when booking.
First time skincare guests are encouraged to book from the First Time Guest Skincare section on our booking portal so that we can assess allergies and possible irritants for your skin. This also grants more time dedicated to you. We would like you to have the best, most relaxing and safest experience possible so that you are completely happy with your visit.

VIRTUAL SKIN REGIMEN CONSULTATION
$50 | 30 minutes
A 30 minute audio/video call where we discuss your skincare concerns and goals. This option is best for those out of state or only wanting to discuss skincare products. You will receive a full consult breakdown to your email as well as skincare recommendations and and option to purchase the recommended products.
NEW GUEST SKINCARE JUMPSTART [IN STUDIO]
$50 | 30 minutes
Together we will discuss your concerns and goals in depth. 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘶𝘭𝘵 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘴 a gentle cleansing for skin analysis with moisturizer and SPF application with a full, sample size home care regimen given. A full consult recap and product recommendation will be sent via email within 24 hours.
NEW GUEST CONSULT + TREATMENT
$125 | 90 minutes
A 90 minute session that includes an in-depth consultation + skin analysis followed by a first time treatment specifically chosen for your skin type and needs. Includes complimentary enhancements and facial aftercare trial kit to maintain results at home.
NEW GUEST CONSULT + RELAXATION
$125 | 75 minutes
A brief consult to discuss contraindications followed by a 60 minute relaxation experience tailored to your skin and its most basic needs. 𝘙𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘹𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴.
For your first time at Ginger Lane Esthetics,
please read the following so we can optimize our valuable time together.
Come in comfortable clothing. For facial treatments, you will be undressing from the waist up to your comfort level so dress in soft, easily removed garments. Refrain from wearing excessive jewelry around your neck and wrists to your visits. For intimate waxing visits, you will be undressing from the waist down. Please remember to wear very loose fitting pants and undergarments. It's highly encouraged you do not wear undergarments at all when leaving. For in-depth waxing preparation information go HERE.
Please silence your phone, we want as little interruptions as possible. It's best to turn all electronic devices off when in the treatment room.
Come with as little makeup as possible when receiving a facial, but if that’s not an option, I can remove most makeup during our session.
Come free of a face sunburn or open wounds. Avoid exfoliation for 48 hours, Retinols for 72 hours, and topical prescriptions for 5 days prior to your facial treatments and facial waxing.
Avoid applying makeup right after your treatment or facial waxing, and bring any tools necessary to refresh hair as we work into hairline with products and massage techniques. Some freshening products are available in the restroom of our building
Please arrive 10 minutes early so that the full scheduled treatment time may be used for your visit. We will not extend the treatment for late or "on-the-dot" arrivals.
We accept Cash, Card or tap to pay only. We do not accept any form of Venmo or CashApp payments, this includes gratuity. Payment for services and skincare products will be taken after your service at checkout.
Please note: gratuities are never expected from our guests but always appreciated,
if you loved your service and would like to leave a gratuity payment - please do so in cash.
